Bill studied at the prestigious NYU Film School, as well as the Stella Adler Academy of Acting in Hollywood.

The roles he has played range from romantic leading men to quirky character types, from Astrov in "Uncle Vanya" to Renfield in "Dracula", from the boy next door in "Let's Just Be Friends..." to an alcoholic wife beater in "Come Back, Little Sheba". He has even performed as a stand-up comic, and he currently writes and stars in the sketch comedy show, "What Else Is On?".

Bill resides in  Los Angeles.
